This process involves: 

• A full consultation (via phone or Teams) to discuss your child's full history, development, your main concerns & goals, and what would be most beneficial for you in terms of OT assessment and support. 

• Communication with any other professionals who your child is known to (where possible and with your consent).

• A detailed face-to-face assessment with you and your child. Standardised and non-standardised assessments will be used as appropriate. This can take place in nursery, school, at home or in clinic.

• Analysis and integration of findings from the assessment.

• A comprehensive written report with recommendations and strategies tailored to your child's needs.

• A follow-up discussion to review the report and next steps.
